Conference Invitation Letter
Invitation letters are issued to participants who have completed registration and paid the registration fee. The letter is a document issued by the conference organiser confirming your registration and expected participation at MMI 2027.
Participants request it for institutional approval, funding applications, and travel documentation.
The invitation letter supports your application but does not guarantee a visa — all such decisions rest with the relevant embassy or consulate.

How it works
During registration
Tick the invitation-letter box in section 06 of the registration form and give the passport details there.
After registration
Use the form on this page, with the same email address you used to register.
Either way, the letter is issued by email within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Ticking the box during registration is a request, not an automatic trigger — nothing is issued until payment has been matched.

Invitation letter questions
No. Letters are issued only after registration and payment have been completed. This applies without exception.
The letter states your name as it appears in your travel document. A mismatch between the letter and the passport makes the letter unusable for institutional approval or travel documentation.
