    • Groups of 3–5 participants receive a 10% discount, while groups of more than 5 participants receive a 20% discount. For more information, please contact us.
    • Applicable taxes are included in the fees.

Registration is paid in advance. On-site payment is not available.

    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or your PayPal account. Your place is confirmed immediately once payment goes through — the safer option close to a deadline.

    Upload your payment receipt during registration. Transfers usually take 3–5 business days to clear and be matched to your registration, and any bank charges are borne by the participant.

Registration questions

  • Yes. Register as normal, choose bank transfer, and email [email protected] with your institution’s billing details. We reply within 1–2 business days.

  • Yes. Choose “Someone else” in section 01. The attendee receives the badge, certificate and joining details; you receive the payment confirmation and receipt.

  • Only co-authors who attend the conference. Each attending co-author is a separate registration at €120, with their own badge and certificate. A co-author listed on the abstract who does not travel is not registered and pays nothing.

  • Yes, but a presentation slot is confirmed only once the abstract is accepted and the fee is paid.

  • Yes to both, free of charge. Notify us before 18 May 2027 so the programme and badge are correct.

  • Certificates are delivered within one week after the conference.

  • Bank transfers clear in 3–5 business days. Close to a deadline, card or PayPal is safer.

  • No. On-site payment is not available. Registration is completed and paid in advance.

  • No. Accommodation, travel, transfers and visa fees are not included in the registration fee.
